Genap 2 tahun di New Zealand

Kami genap 2 tahun berhijrah di New Zealand.

Sekolah Di New Zealand - Decile Rating

Saya suka nak kongsi berkenaan #decilerating bagi setiap sekolah di New Zealand.
Boleh rujuk informasi di bawah

What is decile funding?

Introduced in 1995.

Aimed to help schools meet the needs of students from lower socio-economic backgrounds.

Decile-linked funding represents about 11 per cent of total operational grants for schools.

Why have the decile ratings been updated?

Last recalculation was seven years ago.

Deciles are calculated based on census data, usually every five years.

How were the deciles recalculated?

Using addresses of students at each school and census data.

Schools are compared nationally and are ranked.

Decile 1 schools are the 10 per cent of schools with the highest proportion of students from low socio-economic communities.

Decile 10 schools are the 10 percent of schools with the lowest proportion.

What factors are taken into account for decile ratings?

Percentage of households with income in the lowest 20 percent nationally

Percentage of employed parents in the lowest occupational groups

Household crowding

Percentage of parents with no educational qualifications

Percentage of parents receiving income support benefit

How will schools be affected?

Schools moving to a lower decile

Increased funding from the start of the next school year.

Schools moving to a higher decile

Funding reduced in steps over 18 months

Current funding until 1 July 2015, then half of reduction applied.

Second half of reduction applied July 2016.

Does a fall in a school's decile rating mean that the school's community has become poorer?

Not necessarily. The decile rating is a measure of the school community's socio-economic position relative to other school communities.

How Islamic are the Islamic Countries - New Zealand

The study, conducted by Prof. Hussain Askari of George Washington University entitled “How Islamic are the Islamic Countries,” showed that most of these countries that apply Islamic principles in most of their daily lives are not ones traditionally Muslim with New Zealand ranking first, Luxembourg second followed by Ireland, Iceland, Finland, Denmark and Canada.
Malaysia ranked 38, Kuwait 48, Bahrain 64 and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 131.
The study, published in the Global Economy Journal, might be shocking to most of us but when we look around us and see the reality of the situation, we find that the results of the study are accurate and true. Muslims seem to care only about performing religious obligations (prayer, fasting etc.) and memorizing the Holy Qur’an and the Prophet’s sayings, but we never practice what we learn. We listen to religious lessons and sermons more than other people on the face of the earth but we are still not the best nation. In the last 60 years, we have listened to 3,000 Friday sermons.
A Chinese merchant once said: “Muslim merchants come to me and ask me to put fake international labels and brands on their goods. When I invite them to eat, they refuse because the food is not halal. So it is halal for them to sell fake goods?” A Japanese Muslim said: “I traveled to the West and saw Islam in practice applied in the daily life of non-Muslims. I traveled to the East, I saw Islam but did not see any Muslims. I thank Allah I knew Islam before I knew how Muslims act.”
Religion should not be reduced to prayer and fasting. It is a way of life and it is about how we treat others. Performing a religious obligation is up to you and it is something between you and Allah. However, good ethics is something between you and other people. In other words, if we do not put Islamic ethics into action and practice, corruption will become rampant. We should not judge a person based on how he performs religious obligations for he might be a hypocrite. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Verily, the bankrupt of my nation are those who come on the Day of Resurrection with prayers, fasting and charity, but also with insults, slander, consuming wealth, shedding and beating others.”

Senarai Restoran Segera Halal Di New Zealand

1. Burger Fuel
* Anda perlu request di counter semasa order, kasitau "please prepare in Halal"

2. Pita Pit
Rujukan - http://pitapit.co.nz/menu/pitas

3. Nandos

Barang makanan Malaysia di New Zealand

Jenayah di New Zealand
